• The median list price of Vista CA homes for sale this week in February is $329,450. The 256 properties have been on the market for an average of 134 days.  Vista homes inventory days-on-market is trending higher.
• The median list price of Encinitas homes for sale this week in February is $850,000. The 151 properties have been on the market for an average of 140 days. Encinitas homes inventory has been lightening lately and days-on-market is increasing.

Since this is a Buyer’s market prices are not yet moving higher as excess inventory is consumed. However, as the supply and demand trends continue we are
likely to see upward pressure on pricing.
