Natural Hazard Disclosure Information

Another member of the Gary harmon team is Disclosure Source.  Each Escondido real estate transaction requires that the buyer be provided with (NHS) natural hazard disclosure information.  Disclosure Source is a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial and is the California and Escondido real estate premier provider of natural hazard, tax and environmental disclosure information.   NHS information relating to an Escondido home purchase is usually paid for by the seller and provided to the buyer.  As with most things in the purchase of an Escondido home, this is negotiable.   For more information about natural hazards reports, contact Gary Harmon, your top Escondido Realtor.
