At this point, you can choose a name for your search, such as &#8220;2 bedroom Rural Houses&#8221; or &#8220;Homes in the Downtown Area.&#8221; Once you&#8217;ve named and saved your search, you can quickly access this search from the Saved Searches folder in your account, 24 hours a day. Every time you select a saved search, your pre-selected search criteria will be applied to the listings, and you&#8217;ll see all the properties that match your criteria. This feature can be a real time saver, as you don&#8217;t have to enter the information every time you want to look for homes.</p>
<p>Did you know that you can bookmark your favorite North County properties for quick viewing later? When you&#8217;re looking at a property&#8217;s Details page, you&#8217;ll see a button that says Add to Favorites. Click the button, and that property will be instantly saved to your own hidden Favorites folder on the site.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;d also like to share listings with friends and family, just click Send to a Friend, and the listing details will be sent to their email inbox. If a paper version of the listing is more convenient, simply hit Print, and you&#8217;ll be taken to a printer-friendly version of the listing details. On your browser, go to File and Print. The U. S.  housing market is merely a collection of local markets. And while those markets have moved together to an unusual degree during the past 15 years or so, new data show that the pattern is changing—and that many markets are safer now than they have been in years.<br />
Local Market Monitor Inc., a real-estate research company based in Cary, N.C., that ranks local housing markets for banks, investors and builders, combines the best of both. It takes repeat-sales prices compiled by the Federal Housing Finance Agency across 315 housing markets and compares them with the &#8220;equilibrium prices&#8221; that can be sustained by local economic conditions. Then it ranks markets accordingly.<br />
<strong>California touts the most metros on the Top 10 list. </strong>San Jose (No. 1), Santa Ana (No. 2) and <strong>San Diego (No. 5)</strong> offer<strong> housing markets where property prices are expected to rise steadily over the next three years</strong>. The Greater Los Angeles area didn&#8217;t crack the top 10, but does offer the prospect of appreciation.</p>
