The following is a series of YouTube.com videos made by Gary Harmon to explain short sales and to give you information on how to be successful when buying or selling Escondido real estate “short.”

Now that you know what short sales are, you need to know the advantages of actually selling your Escondido home using a short sale.  The second video is “Short Sale – What are the advantages.” 

There are some advantages of doing a short sale, but you have to prove economic hardship to your lender.  You will have to supply your lender with the proper documentation.  The next video will help you get prepared.  It is        “Short Sale  -  Hardships a Lender May Consider.”
